On Monday, the production banner Sathya Jothi Films took to their official Twitter handle to announce that actor Vishnu Vishal will be joining hands once again with Ram Kumar for a third film after Mundasupatti and Ratsasan. 

The production house wrote, "Get ready to experience his 3rd Film after Mundasupatti & Ratsasan! The VV21 with Blockbuster reunion of Vishnu Vishal & Ram Kumar." Replying to the same, Vishnu Vishal wrote, "This one I'm damn excited about. Never done this before." The makers are yet to reveal more information about the title, plot, and cast of the film.

A 2014 film, Mundasupatti also starred Nandita Swetha, Kaali Venkat, Ramdoss and Anandraj among others. A period-comedy drama, the film received rave reviews. Ram Kumar's Ratsasan (2018) starred Amala Paul, Munishkanth and Ammu Abhirami in prominent roles. A slasher psychological thriller, the film received both critical acclaim as well as success at the box office. 

Meanwhile, Vishnu Vishal, who was last seen in Gatta Kusthi, has Mohandas, Aaryan and Lal Salaam in various stages of production.
