The teaser of Kaadhal Conditions Apply was released by Gautham Vasudev Menon on Friday. Helmed by R Aravind, Kaadhal Conditions Apply, the film stars Mahat, and Sana Makbul in the lead roles. It is billed as a romantic comedy film.

The makers noted that the film is expected to hit the theatres this month. The teaser glimpse shows many moments shared between the couple and other characters like Venkat Prabhu, Dhivya Dharshini, Vivek Prasanna, Abhishek Rajaa, Maheshwari, and late actor Manobala. 

Produced by Ravichandran's Libra Productions and Nithin Sathyaa's Shvedh Group, the film's technical crew includes cinematographer Karthick Nallamuthu, editor Anand Geraldin and music composer Ramesh Thamilmani. 

On the work front, Mahat, last seen in his Hindi debut Double XL, also has Kettavanu Peruyedhutha Nalavanda, and Ivan Than Uthaman in his pipeline. He has also made a cameo appearance in Maruthi Nagar Police Station.
