On Saturday, the makers of Natty's Web released the official trailer of the film. A psycho-thriller, the film marks the directorial debut of Haroon. VM Munivelan on Velan Productions is financially backing the film. 

The trailer starts by showing a group of girlfriends, led by Shilpa Manjunath, being into drugs, partying, etc. We then see Natty's character with a younger girl, who seems to be his daughter or sister. Eventually, we see the other side of Natty, where he abducts Shilpa and gang, and attempts to murder them. The film is set to reveal why Natty becomes the psycho-killer.

Subhapriya Malar, Rajendran, Aananya Mani and Shaashvi Bala round out the cast of Web. Karthik Raja has composed the music for the film, which has cinematography by Christopher and editing by Sudarshan. Web has already passed censorship formalities with a U/A certificate. 

Web is all set to hit theatres on August 4.
