On Monday, on the occasion of actor Vishnu Vishal's birthday, the makers of Mohandas released a new poster of the actor from the film. Featuring the actor in multiple expressions, the poster read, "Happy birthday, hero and the villain."

Directed by Kalavu-fame Murali Karthick, Mohandas stars Aishwarya Rajesh as the female lead. Malayalam actor Indrajith Sukumaran is also playing an important role. Shariq Hassan, Karunakaran, Lallu, Prakash Raghavan, Poornima Bhagyaraj, and Akshay Radhakrishnan are also part of the cast.

The same principal technical crew of Kalavu comprising music director Sundaramurthy KS, cinematographer Vignesh Rajagopalan, and editor Kiripakaran Purushothaman have been retained for Mohandas as well.
