On Thursday, makers of GV Prakash's Adiyae announced that the second single from the film, titled Mudhal Kaadhal, will be out on July 8. Composed by Justin Prabhakaran, Bhagavathy Krishnan has penned the lyrics. 

Previously the makers released the first single titled Vaa Senthaazhini. Also composed by Justin and written by Bhagavathy, Sid Sriram lent his voice to the song. 

Billed as a sci-fi romance, the film is written and directed by Vignesh Karthick, who previously helmed Thittam Irandu. The film's title is a reference to the hit song from the actor's previous film Bachelor. 

Apart from G V Prakash and Gouri G Kishan, Adiyae features an ensemble cast including Venkat Prabhu, Madumkesh, and Mirchi Vijay, among others. 

The technical team of the film consist of Gokul Benoy as the cinematographer and Muthayan U as the editor.
