Legendary stunt choreographer Judo Rathnam passes away at 92

Rathnam debuted as an actor in Thamarai Kulam in 1959 and his last onscreen appearance was in 2006's Thalainagaram

Veteran stunt choreographer Judo Rathnam has passed away. Starting his career in Jaishankar's Vallavan Oruvan in 1966 and went on to work as a stunt master in over 1200 films. Notably, he held the Guiness world for working in the most number of films as a stunt choreographer. 

He rose to fame for his iconic stunt moves in Rajinikanth films in the 80s like Paayum PuliPadikkadhavan, Kai Kudukkum Kai, Manithan and Raja Chinna Roja.

He is survived by his son Judo Ramu.
