The first single, Mudhal Muththam, from the upcoming film Bommai starring SJ Suryah and Priya Bhavani Shankar, will be released on Friday, the makers announced on social media. The song will be released by composer AR Rahman.

The film, directed by Radhamohan, has music composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The shooting for Bommai was wrapped up in February 2020. Apart from Suryah and Priya, the film will also star Chandini Tamizharasan in a key role.

Bommai is backed by V Maruthapandian, Jasmine Santhosh and Dheepa T Durai. The technical crew of Bommai includes cinematography by Richard M Nathan, with Anthony as the editor. MR Pon Parthiban has penned the script, with Karky as lyricist.

Meanwhile, SJ Suryah has Mark Antony with Vishal in the making. He is also starring alongside Raghava Lawrence in Jigarthanda Double X under Karthik Subbaraj's directorial. On the other hand, Priya was last seen in Kalyanam Kamaneeyam. She has a slew of projects, including Agilan, Demonte Colony 2, and Indian 2.
