Starring Vishal in the lead role, filmmaker-actor SJ Suryah plays the antagonist in the film. Mark Antony is directed by Adhik Ravichandran, and also features Ritu Varma as the female lead. Mark Antony is backed by Vinod Kumar, who also produced Vishal's Enemy.

The upcoming film’s music is composed by GV Prakash Kumar. It has cinematography by Abinandhan Ramanujam and editing by Vijay Velkutty. A host of stunt coordinators, including Dhilip Subbarayan, Peter Hein and Kanal Kannan are handling the action sequences for the film.

A release date of Mark Antony is yet to be announced.
