After 52am Pakkathil Oru Mayiliragu, it is Aandal for Parthiban

He recently revealed that 52am Pakkathil Oru Mayiliragu will be the first of his three directorial ventures in 2023

After directing Iravin Nizhal, billed as the world’s first single-shot non–linear film, filmmaker R Parthiban is set to direct his next. Interestingly, the filmmaker announced that he will not be directing one film but three this year. Earlier, we reported about the actor's first directorial this year, which has been titled, 52am Pakkathil Oru Mayiliragu. The title poster featured a sketch of a man and a woman running. 

Now, the director has shared the title of his second film as well. The director shared that the next film will be titled Aandal. He has also revealed that he will be making an announcement regarding all three of his films soon. 

52am Pakkathil Oru Mayiliragu is said to be produced by Akira Productions Pvt Ltd. However, he has not announced the further details of the cast and crew of the film yet. He has also not revealed any other details about Aandal.

Meanwhile, Iravin Nizhal was released in the theatres on July 15, 2022. Recently, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced that Parthiban's Iravin Nizhal is one of the feature films eligible for the 95th Oscars. On the other hand, Parthiban is awaiting the release of Ponniyin Selvan 2.
