Here's a new look poster of Nakkhul from Vasco da Gama

Avinash Ramachandran

We had earlier reported that actor Nakkhul was set to headline director RG Krishnan's upcoming film, Vasco da Gama.

Now, on the festive occasion of Pongal, the makers shared a new look of Nakkhul from the film. In an intriguing poster design, we see Nakkhul as Vasudevan with a turbaned attire and having a string of bullets around his shoulders. The poster also alludes to the film being about journalism and is filled with a bunch of weapons ranging from an axe, automatic guns, dynamite, and nunchucks.

The film marks Krishnan's second direction project. He had previously helmed an OTT film called Devadas Parvathi, which was popular for its tracks sung by the late SP Balasubrahmanyam.

Bankrolled by Dato Subhaskharan under his 5656 Productions, Vasco da Gama also stars Arthana Binu. The film will have music by NV Arun, cinematography by Sathish Kumar, and editing by Tamilkumaran.
