Vijay-Ajith's Rajavin Parvaiyile to re-release tomorrow 

Directed by Janaki Soundar, the film starred Vijay as the male lead and Ajith made an extended cameo as Vijay's best friend

Tamil superstars Ajith and Vijay acted together only once in their career in Rajavin Parvaiyile, in 1995. With Thunivu and Varisu gearing up for a release on 11th January, Tamilnadu theatre owners have planned to capitalise on the buzz surrounding both films, by re-releasing Rajavin Parvaiyile

Directed by Janaki Soundar, the film starred Vijay as the male lead and Ajith made an extended cameo as Vijay's best friend. Co-starring Indraja, Vadivelu, Vadivukkarasi and Gayathri Shastry the film has music by Ilaiyaraaja.

Directed by Vamshi Paidipally, Varisu, which is releasing in Telugu as Vaarasudu, stars an ensemble cast including the likes of Sarath Kumar, Jayasudha, Rashmika Mandanna, Shaam, Srikanth, Samyuktha, Sangeetha, Prakash Raj, Khushbu, Yogi Babu, and VTV Ganesh, among others.

Thunivu, on the other hand, directed by H Vinoth, is a bank-heist thriller. Manju Warrier, Veera, Samuthirakani, Ajay, John Kokken, Amir, Pavni, Cibi Chandran, GM Sundar, Prem, and Bhagavathy Perumal also star in it.
