The makers of Jiiva-starrer Golmaal released a special poster on Wednesday, marking the actor's birthday. 

Billed as a comedy entertainer, the film is directed by Ponkumaran. The poster features Jiiva with a cowboy hat shepherding wild animals in the backdrop of a lush green serene environment. The film also stars Siva. It marks the second collaboration of Jiiva and Siva after the 2018 hit comedy Kalakalappu 2.

Golmaal also features Tanya Hope, and Payal Rajput, in her Tamil debut, as female leads, Kannada comedian Sadhu Kokila in a full-fledged role, Murali Sharma, Yogi Babu, Sonia Aggarwal, Manobala, Karunakaran, Ramesh Khanna, and Naren in supporting roles.

With cinematography by S Saravanan, Golmaal has music by Arul Dev and editing by Don Bosco. Meanwhile, the makers are yet to announce a release date. On the professional front, Jiiva, last seen in Varalaru Mukkiyam, has a film with Pa Vijay, mounted on a large scale.
