Jayam Ravi's Agilan gets a release date

Actor Jayam Ravi's upcoming film Agilan will hit the theatres on March 10, the makers announced on Wednesday. The announcement poster features Jayam Ravi fiercely pulling a huge chain at the backdrop of water splashing. The tagline reads, "King of The Indian Ocean."

Directed by Kalyana Krishnan, the film stars Priya Bhavani Shankar as the female lead. Agilan is produced by Screen Scene Media Entertainment. According to reports, Jayam Ravi plays a role of a gangster, who runs an organised crime business at the harbour. On the other hand, Priya plays a cop. Agilan also has Tanya Ravichandran and Harish Uthaman in pivotal roles. The film's technical crew includes music composer Sam CS, DOP Vivek Anand Santhosam and editor N Ganesh Kumar, among others. 

Meanwhile, Jayam Ravi, last seen in Ponniyin Selvan: I, has Antony Bhagyaraj's Siren and Mohan Raja's Iraivan coming up.
