Prithviraj Starrer Kaduva's Tamil version will be released in theatres on March 3. Thirupathi pictures will be distributing the film. The film was released in theatres on July 7 last year, and later it was released on Prime Videos on August 4. 

Directed by Shaji Kailas, the action drama also features Vivek Oberoi and Samyuktha Menon in pivotal roles and is produced by Supriya Menon and Listin Stephen. 

The film tells the tale of Kaduvakunnel Kuriachan (Prithviraj), a planter based in Pala in the 90s, who ends up on a coalition course with IG Joseph Chandy (Vivek), a top cop who is politically favoured. The film unfolds the intense rivalry and subsequent events that occur because of it. 

Kaduva is scripted by Jinu V Abraham, also stars Vivek Oberoi, Samyuktha Menon, Priyanka Nair, Alencier Ley Lopez and Arjun Ashokan. The film has cinematography by Sujith Vasudev.
