Single Shankarum Smartphone Simranum to release on this date

Single Shankarum Smartphone Simranum, the upcoming Tamil film starring Shiva and Megha Akash, is set to hit the theatres on February 24, the makers announced on Thursday.

The film is written and directed by Vignesh Sha PN and backed by K Kumar. It also stars Anju Kurian, Mano, Ma Ka Pa Anandh, Rajendran, Kalki Raja, KPY Bala, and Divya Ganesh, among others. The film’s teaser was released recently, which promised that it will be a complete commercial entertainer.

The film will revolve around a new technology developed in a smart phone, which is being used by Shiva’s character. Single Shankarum Smartphone Simranum will feature Shiva as Shankar, a food delivery executive, and Megha Akash as Simran, an AI. The upcoming film is expected to be a fantasy romantic comedy, with music composed by Leon James and Arthur A Wilson handling the cinematography. It is edited by Boopathi Selvaraj and SN Fazil.
