Sathish's latest outing at the theatres, Conjuring Kannappan, will premiere on Netflix on January 5, the streamer announced on Sunday. Directed by Selvin Raj Xavier, the film is bankrolled by AGS Entertainment.
Selvin has previously assisted Chimbu Devan and Sumanth Radhakrishnan. Conjuring Kannappan marks his directorial debut. The film hit theatres on December 8 and opened to mixed reviews.
Apart from Sathish, the film also stars Regina Cassandra, Nasser, Saranya Ponvannan, Anandraj, VTV Ganesh, Redin Kingsley, Namo Narayana, Naane Varuvaen-fame Elli AvrRam, Jason Shaw and Benedict Garrett.
Conjuring Kannappan has been shot in Chennai on huge sets resembling ancient buildings. The film marks the 24th production venture of AGS Entertainment.
