It is well known that actor Nivin Pauly is currently working with director Ram on their upcoming film Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai. Nivin Pauly and producer Suresh Kamatchi took to their social media handles to announce that the much-awaited film has been selected at the International Film Festival Rotterdam and will have its world premiere there. New posters of Nivin Pauly, Soori and Anjali were also unveiled by the makers.

Nivin Pauly took to his X handle and said, "A feeling of immense pride and joy! Our prestigious venture and Director Ram’s unparalleled creation Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai is officially selected at the esteemed International Film Festival Rotterdam under the Big Screen Competition category. Yes! The World Premiere is IFFR."  

Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai marks the first collaboration between Nivin Pauly and director Ram, who is best known for films like Tharamani, Peranbu, and Kattrathu Thamizh. Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai is produced by Suresh Kamatchi under his banner V House Productions while director Ram’s frequent collaborator Yuvan Shankar is composing the music for the film.

NK Ekhambaram handles the film’s cinematography while Mathi VS takes care of the editing. Stunt Silva is roped in to handle the action while production design is handled by Umesh J Kumar. While Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai's dubbing was completed back in April 2023, the makers are yet to confirm a release date.
