Vijay Kumar's Fight Club streaming rights acquired by this OTT platform

Just a day ahead of the release of Vijay Kumar's Fight Club, Lokesh Kanagaraj's production house G Squad announced that the streaming rights of the film has been acquired by OTT platform Disney+ Hotstar, while the television rights have gone to Vijay Television.

Directed by Vijay Kumar's erstwhile assistant Abbas A Rahmath, the film shows the story of two warring gangs who are at loggerheads with each other over generations. Recently, the makers announced that the film has cleared censorship formalities with an A certificate. 

Apart from Vijay Kumar, Fight Club will feature debutant Monisha Mohan Menon, Avinash Raghudevan of Jil Jung Juk fame, Karthikeyan Santhanam, Shankar Das and Saravanavel. The film is presented by Lokesh Kanagaraj's newly launched production house, G Squad.

Leon Britto is handling the cinematography, while Kripakaran P is the editor for this film. Fight Club features music by Govind Vasantha, who had earlier worked with Vijay in Uriyadi 2. Vijay is also doubling up as the creative producer of the film, which is written by Abbas.
