We know that director Lokesh Kanagaraj is collaborating with actor Vijay for an upcoming film titled Leo. The latest update is that actor Jaffer Sadiq, who played a significant role in Lokesh Kanakaraj's last outing, Vikram, has joined the cast of Leo

As speculations are rife, Leo will be a part of Lokesh Cinematic Universe (LCU), which already consists of Lokesh's previous directorial ventures, Kaithi and Vikram, and now, Jaffer Sadiq's addition to Leo's cast implies the chance of the film being categorized under the LCU.

Meanwhile, Jaffer Sadiq has some prominent films in his credit, including Gautham Vasudev Menon's directorial Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu, and Vignesh Sivan helmed Love Panna Uttranum in Paava Kadhaigal anthology. The actor will also be seen in Rajinikanth's Jailer

Leo marks the second time Vijay is collaborating with Lokesh after Master. The film boasts a star ensemble, including Trisha, Priya Anand, Mysskin, Arjun, Sanjay Dutt, and Mansoor Ali Khan, among others. The film is scheduled to hit theatres worldwide on October 19. Leo has music by Anirudh Ravichander, cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa, stunt choreography by Anbariv and editing by Philomin Raj.
