Mari Selvaraj-Dhanush's next to be a historic film

Tentatively titled Production No 15, the film also marks Dhanush’s return as producer

Earlier, Mari Selvaraj and Dhanush announced that they will be teaming up again for an upcoming film, backed by Wunderbar Films. Recently, the director, addressing the media, announced that he will begin work on the film after completing his film with Dhruv Vikram. 

"I am happy that Dhanush's Wunderbar Films decided to back this project. It will be a historic film, but we are yet to lock the script and nothing else has been finalised yet," Mari said. He further added although he had planned this film long back he wanted to do it after some time as he thought he wanted to be more mature and learn a lot of things about cinema. "I wanted to step up and then handle this film," he noted.

Tentatively titled Production No 15, the film also marks Dhanush’s return as producer. The actor’s production company, Wunderbar Films, is known for films like Velaiilla Pattadhari, Naanum Rowdy Dhan, and Vada Chennai

With the film, Dhanush will be returning to production after a five-year-long hiatus. He last produced Maari 2 in 2018. Zee Studios will be producing the film along with Wunderbar Films. 

Meanwhile, Dhanush is busy shooting for the Arun Matheswaran directorial Captain Miller while Mari Selvaraj is wrapping up post-production on his Maamannan, which stars Udhayanidhi Stalin, Vadivelu and Keerthy Suresh.
