Earlier we reported that Yashika Aanand, who was last seen in Bagheera, will next be seen in the horror flick, Chaitra. On Friday, the makers of Chaitra released the trailer of the film

The trailer of Chaitra shows Yashika as a girl who wishes to die by suicide. We are then shown that the house she lives in is possessed by a ghost. How Yashika's character and her friends escape from the spirit, forms the rest of the film. Chaitra is written and directed by debutant M Jenithkumar.

With music by Prabhakaran Meiyappan, the film is backed by Mars Productions. While the Elisha has handled the edit, Sathish Kumar has done the cinematography. 

Meanwhile, Yashika has a number of films in her pipeline. While she’s doing an extended cameo in Raja Bheema, she is filming for Ivan Than Uthaman, Pambattam, Sulphur and Siruthai Siva. 

The makers of Chaitra are yet to announce a release date for the film.
