Vetri's Bumper completes censor formalities

Bumper marks the directorial debut of M Selvakumar

The makers of actor Vetri's next, Bumper, announced on Thursday that the film has completed censor formalities. The film has been certified U/A. While the teaser for Bumper was released earlier, the makers are yet to reveal a release date for the film. 

Bumper marks the directorial debut of M Selvakumar, an erstwhile assistant of filmmakers Meera Kathiravan and Muthaiah. Apart from Vetri, Bumper also stars Shivani Narayanan, Hareesh Peradi and Thangadurai in prominent roles. The film, which is based on the Kerala bumper lottery, is a Tamil and Malayalam bilingual. 

With music by Govind Vasantha, Bumper has cinematography by Vinoth Rathinasamy and editing by Mu Kasivishwanathan. S Thiagaraja is backing the film under the Vetha Pictures banner.

Meanwhile, Vetri, who was last seen in Memories, has Red Sandal and Kannagi in different stages of production.
