Veteran composer Ilaiyaraaja, who recently delivered a hit with Viduthalai Part-1, will be working on a new film titled Peranbum Perungobamum.  

Produced by Durai Veera Sakthi of VAU Media Entertainment’s the film marks the directorial debut of Veteran filmmaker Balu Mahendra’s student Siva Prakash. 

The film is said to be on the lines of Pariyerum Perumal and Asuran. 

Newcomer Vijith is playing the lead role in this movie and Shali Nivekas, who is famous for Nachiyar and Sengalam web series is playing the female lead. 

The film also stars Mime Gopi, Aruldoss, Subathra, Vijay TV fame Deepa, Sai Vinod, and actor Kathir’s father Logu. 

JB Dinesh Kumar of Saththam Podathey, Moondru Per Moondru Kadhal fame is handling cinematography for this film. Ramar of ‘Asuran’ and ‘Viduthalai’ fame is taking care of editing, and Saravanan is the art director.
