Ajith Kumar's next with H Vinoth, which was tentatively named AK 61, has officially been titled Thunivu. The title was unveiled along with a stylish first look featuring Ajith with a gun. The title comes with the tagline, 'No guts, no glory'. The film marks Ajith's third outing with H Vinoth and producer Boney Kapoor after Nerkonda Paarvai and Valimai

Billed as a heist thriller, Thunivu stars Manju Warrier as the female lead. Veera, Samuthirakani, John Kokken, and Telugu actor Ajay are also part of the cast. As per our sources, the team, including Ajith, will be travelling to Bangkok for the final schedule on Thursday. They will be filming some important action sequences in this schedule, which has been planned for around 25 days.

Thunivu is produced jointly by Boney Kapoor's Bayview Projects LLP and Zee Studios. The film has cinematography by Nirav Shah, edits handled by Vijay Velukutty and music by Ghibran. With the completion of the Bangkok schedule, the makers are expected to begin the post-production and start working towards an early 2023 release.

After Thunivu, Ajith will be teaming up with Vignesh Shivan for a film backed by Lyca Productions.
