Bakrid-fame Jagadeesan is next helming a film titled Iravu with Vetri and Shivani Narayanan as the leads. MS Murugaraj is producing the film under the banner of M10 Productions. Shoot for the film commenced last month and is now nearing completion.

Iravu, according to director Jagadeesan, is a thriller with horror elements in it. "Vetri plays a video game designer who starts witnessing characters from his newly designed game in reality. This incident triggers a chain of thrilling events over a night," says the director adding that it was a conversation with a friend about loneliness that sparked the idea for the film.

Mansoor Ali Khan, Santhana Bharathi, Rajkumar, George, Deepa, Ponnambalam and many prominent actors are part of the cast. The film has Srinivas Dhayanidhi as the cinematographer and Arrol Corelli as the composer.
