Black Sheep YouTube channel team has announced their satellite channel and it will be live on November 6. The new channel is said to have a mix of fictional and non-fictional programs catering to youngsters and families. 

The channel has signed Vadivelu as its brand ambassador and the promo features the actor recreating his iconic 'Prabha wine shop' comedy sketch from Raajiyam with a twist. 

The channel was earlier in news for launching its OTT platform BS Value, which has critically acclaimed originals like Methagu. The Black Sheep team is also famous for hosting music concerts of famous musicians like Yuvan Shankar Raja, aside from their hit content online.
