Sivakarthikeyan confirms film with Venkat Prabhu

We had previously speculated that actor Sivakarthikeyan will be teaming up with director Venkat Prabhu for a project. While no official confirmation has been made by the makers to date, the actor has recently affirmed that the project is on. 

During the trailer launch of his upcoming film Prince, which happened yesterday. Siva stated that he will soon be collaborating with Venkat on a film. According to sources, this untitled film will be bankrolled by AGS Entertainment. 

Meanwhile. Venkat is working on a film with a Tamil - Telugu bilingual starring Naga Chaitanya in the lead role. Siva, on the other hand, has Maaveeran, directed by Madonne Ashwin of Mandela fame, following which he will work with Rangoon director Rajkumar Periasamy for a project that will be produced by Kamal Haasan's Raaj Kamal Films International. Siva is expected to team up with Venkat after completing these two projects.
