It has been announced that the Telugu anthology film, Panchathanthiram, will be released in theatres on December 9. The release date was announced along with a new video promo.

The film consists of five segments, each dealing with one of the five senses. Panchathanthiram stars Brahmanandam, Samuthirakani, Swathi, Samuthirakhani, Rahul Vijay, Shivathmika Rajashekar, Naresh Agastya, and Divya Drishti in prominent roles.

Written and directed by Harsha Pulipaka, Panchathanthiram is bankrolled by Akhilesh Vardhan and Srujan Yarabolu through TicketFactory and S Originals. The film has cinematography by Raj K Nalli while Prashanth R Vihari is the music director.
