Nandhan is the title of M Sasikumar's upcoming film directed by Era Saravanan. Announcing the title, actor and producer, Udhayanidhi released the first look poster on his social media handle on Wednesday.

The poster features a close-up of Sasikumar sporting a wicked look. The film, which is said to be based on a realistic lifestyle, also stars Suruthi Periyasamy as the female lead and Balaji Sakthivel in a pivotal role. With Saran as the cinematographer, the film was shot in parts of the Thanjavur and Pudukkottai districts.

While Sasikumar recently had two back-to-back releases, Naan Mirugamaai Maara and Kaari, Era Saravanan is known for directing films like kathukutty and Udanpirappe. On the other hand, Sasikumar has two more upcoming films in the pipeline--Pagaivanuku Arulvai and Naa Naa.
