Suresh Kamatchi, who produced Silambarasan TR's Maanaadu, will be distributing Ameer's Uyir Thamizhukku, directed by Adham Bava.

The announcement was made through the official handle of Suresh's production house V House Creations. Apart from directing the film, Adham is also producing it under his banner Moon Pictures. He previously bankrolled Anti-Indian, directed by YouTuber Elamaran. The film ran into multiple controversies before finally hitting the theatres on 21st December last year. 

Uyir Thamizhukku has music by veteran composer Vidyasagar, who will be returning to Tamil with this project. The film has cinematography by Devaraj, editing by Ashok Charles and lyrics by Pa Vijay. Bala Murali Varman and Ajay Bala have penned the dialogues for the political drama.
