Kalaiyarasan, Ramya Nambessan, and Sunainaa are coming together for a new film titled Estate. Billed as a zombie thriller, the film, according to the makers, is based on the most haunted private property in India. Ashok Selvan will be seen in a cameo role in it.

Estate is written and directed by Karthik Vilvakrish. Ashwanth Rajan Dayal is handling the film's cinematography. Prakash Karunanithi is the editor and music by Guna Balasubramaniam. Venkatesh Vellineni is producing the film under the banner of Divine Productions.

Meanwhile, Kalaiyarasan has Puthiya Mugam and Pathu Thala coming up. He is also part of the recently-launched Mari Selvaraj directorial Vaazhai.

Ramya Nambessan, last seen in the SonyLIV series Kaiyum Kalavum, has Tamezharasan, Ranger and Bagheera lined up. Sunainaa, on the other hand, has Regina and the Vishal-starrer Laththi in the pipeline.
