Simran wraps up Andhagan's shooting

Actor Simran Bagga has wrapped up with the shooting of her upcoming film Andhagan, the actor took to social media to announce the same. The film also stars Prashanth and Priya Anand.

Andhagan is the Tamil remake of hit Hindi film Andhadhun, which starred Ayushmann Khurrana as a pianist. In the Tamil version, while Prashanth will play Ayushmann’s role, Simran and Priya Anand will essay the characters Tabu and Radhika Apte performed in the original.

Sharing a photo of herself from the shooting spot, Simran wrote, “It's a wrap on Andhagan. A project we have all put our heart and soul into! Can't wait to share it with you all. See you soon in theatres.”

Andhagan is directed by Prashanth’s father and director Thiagarajan and bankrolled by Staar Movies. The film also stars Samuthirakani, Vanitha Vijayakumar among others.

Andhadhun was also remade in Telugu as Maestro starring Nithiin, Tamannaah, and Nabha Natesh. In Malayalam, it was titled Bhramam with Prithviraj Sukumaran as the lead.
