First look of Aha's Rathasaatchi out

The film stars Kanna Ravi as the lead actor

The first look poster of Rathasaatchi, the upcoming film, which is set to stream on Aha platform, was released by the makers on social media.

Starring actor Kanna Ravi, who has appeared in films like Mandela, Saani Kayidham, Rathasaatchi is directed by Rafiz Ismail, who has also written the screenplay. Besides Kanna Ravi, the series will also star Harish Kumar, Elango Kumaravel, Kalyan Master and Madras Charles in important roles.

The first look poster shows Kanna Ravi sitting on top of an elephant against the backdrop of what appears to be a burning forest. As he sports a feisty look with his right hand raised, a symbol of Communism is appears faintly on the skies.

The film is an adaptation of the short story Kathaigal from the novel Venkadal, penned by writer Jeyamohan. Rathasaatchi has music by Javed Riyaz and cinematography by Jagadheesh Ravi. It is produced by Anitha Mahendran.

Aha is yet to announce the release date.
