Pisasu 2 starring Andrea Jeremiah in the lead is currently in the final stages of post-production. Directed by Mysskin, the film has Vijay Sethupathi in a cameo role. He is said to be playing a doctor's role in the film.

The actor recently completed dubbing for his portions. A photo of him with Mysskin is currently doing the rounds in social media.

Pisasu 2 also stars Psycho fame Rajkumar Pitchumani, Poorna, Namita Krishnamurthy and Santhosh Pratap in prominent roles. The film has music by Karthik Raja and is produced by T Muruganantham under the banner of Rockfort Entertainment.

Shot primarily in Tamil, Pisasu 2 will be dubbed and released in three languages — Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.
