WATCH: Character posters of Bharathiraja, Prakash Raj and Nithya Menen from Thiruchitrambalam revealed

Sun Pictures, the production house bankrolling Dhanush's upcoming film Thiruchitrambalam, directed by Mithran Jawahar is unveiling a slew of motion posters, revealing the characters in the movie.

Earlier we saw the character posters of Raashi Khanna as Anusha, Dhanush's high school friend and Priya Bhavani Shankar as Ranjani. Yesterday, Dhanush revealed that he plays the titular role of Thiruchitrambalam in the movie through a small video. The team has now shared three more motion posters announcing the character names of Nithya Menon, director Bharathiraja and actor Prakash Raj. 

While Nithya Menen is all set to play Shobana, Thiruchitrambalam's best friend, Prakash Raj is a strict inspector named Neelakandan in the movie. Veteran Director Bharathiraja is the 'Pasakara Thaatha' Senior Thiruchitrambalam. Sharing the posters, Dhanush noted that Bharathiraja's role "will steal your hearts" and described Prakash Raj as a "genius".

Thiruchitrambalam has music by Anirudh Ravichander and cinematography by Om Prakash.
