Rajinikanth appreciates Madhavan for Rocketry; meets Nambi Narayanan

Actor Rajinikanth has appreciated R Madhavan's directorial debut, Rocketry: The Nambi Effect, and met the rocket scientist, Nambi Narayanan, whose life the film is based on.

Madhavan posted a short video on Twitter, in which Rajinikanth is facilitating Madhavan, who touches the former's feet as a mark of respect. Nambi Narayanan can also be seen conversing with Madhavan in the video.

While sharing the video, an elated Madhavan wrote, "When you get the blessings from one man industry and the legend himself in the presence of Nambi Narayanan, it’s a moment etched for eternity. Thank you for your kindest words on Rocketry and the affection, Rajinikanth sir. This motivation has completely rejuvenated us. We love you."

Rocketry co-stars Simran, Rajit Kapur, (Hindi and English), Ravi Raghavendra (Tamil), Muralidaran and Misha Ghosha, among others. In addition to playing the lead role and directing it, Madhavan also wrote and produced it. Suriya and Shah Rukh Khan appear in cameo roles in the Tamil and Hindi versions, respectively.

The film recently made its OTT debut and is available to watch on Voot Select.
