Actor-choreographer Prabhudheva, who was last seen in My Dear Bootham, has his next film lined for release. His upcoming Bagheera will hit the big screens on August 11, the makers announced on social media on Thursday.

Bagheera is written and directed by Adhik Ravichandran. Expected to be a psycho thriller, the film stars a host of female actors, including actors Amyra Dastur, Ramya Nambeesan, Janani, Sanchita Shetty, Gayathrie Shankar, Sakshi Agarwal, Sonia Agarwal, among others. Prabhudheva is expected to play a blood-thirsty psychopath who targets young women.

Bagheera is bankrolled by Bharathan Pictures and has music by Ganesan Sekar. The film is shot by cinematographers Abinandhan Ramanujam and Selvakumar SK and edited by Ruben.

Meanwhile, Prabhudheva has Musasi, Rekla, Flash Back in various stages of production.
