The first look poster of Kick, starring Santhanam, was released on Wednesday, marking the occasion of Vinayagar Chathurthi. 

Kick, which marks Santhanam's 15th film, is directed by Prashant Raj, who is known for helming Kannada films Love Guru, Gaana Bajaana, Whistle and Orange. The first look poster shows Santhanam with multiple hands holding a beaker, globe, water gun, book and currency notes.

Tanya, who worked in Dharala Prabhu, has been roped in as the female lead in Kick.

Billed as a comedy film, Kick also stars Thambi Ramaiah, Brahmanandam, Senthil, Kovai Sarala, Mansoor Alikhan, Manobala, YG Mahendran, Mottai Rajendran and Vaiyapuri, among several others.

According to the makers, the story revolves around the tiff and rivalry between Santhanam and Tanya, who work in different advertising companies. The film was shot in Bengaluru, Chennai and Bangkok.

The film's technical crew includes music composer Arjun Janya, cinematographer Sudhakar Raj and editor Nagooran Ramachandran.
