Director Shankar, whose Indian 2, has kickstarted its shooting on Wednesday, said that he will be working on the sequel as well as his film with Ram Charan (RC15) simultaneously.

Sharing the posters of both the films, Shankar gave an update about RC 15. "Hi Everyone, Indian 2 and #RC15 will be shot simultaneously. Ready to shoot the next schedule of #RC15 from first week of September in Hyderabad and Vizag!" the director wrote. 

After a lot of hurdles and stagnation, Indian 2 starring Kamal Haasan in the title role, went on floors on Wednesday. The film is sequel to Shankar's 1996 vigilante action film Indian and also stars Kajal Aggarwal, Siddharth, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Rakul Preet Singh, Gulshan Grover, Bobby Simha, among others. 

On the other hand, Shankar will be doing a multi lingual film with Ram Charan. Bankrolled by Dil Raju, the film also stars Kiara Advani as the female lead.
