Last week, ZEE5 premiered Ajith-starrer Valimai in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada. In its first week, the film has garnered 500 million streaming minutes on the platform. The action blockbuster is also set to stream in Malayalam.

Responding to the digital reception, Huma Qureshi, who plays a cop, Sophia, in the film, shares, “I am extremely happy to receive great love from the audiences on our film all over India. A big shoutout to ZEE5 for giving us the platform to share the story of Valimai with people across the world."

ZEE5 has also streamed exclusive deleted scenes from Valimai. The film, written and directed by H. Vinoth, was released theatrically in February.
