Putham Pudhu Kaalai Vidiyaadhaa, is title of the sequel to Amazon Prime Video's Putham Pudhu Kaalai. The teaser of the series, which has been in the talks for quite some time, dropped earlier today.
The five segments of the anthology are directed by Balaji Mohan, Halitha Shameem, Madhumita, Richard Antony and Surya Krishna, respectively and they have been titled Mugakavasa Mutham, Loners, Mouname Paarvayaai, Nizhal Tharum Idham and The Mask.
From the titles and the teaser, it is obvious that the sequel will also tell the tales of the lockdown that shook India and focus on hope and love amidst despair.
The anthology, which has been short on a larger scale than the original (due to the relaxations in the restrictions), has been scheduled to hit the OTT platform on January 14.
