Earlier, rumours suggested that Kamal Haasan is not returning to host the fifth season of Bigg Boss Tamil. However, the latest promo tweeted out by Vijay Television proves otherwise. The Vikram actor is indeed the host of the upcoming season. In the promo, he looks dapper and uses his popular dialogue from his upcoming movie Vikram.

The release date and other details of the upcoming season are yet to be revealed.
