We had previously reported that Vishal is working on his 31st film with debutant director Thu Pa Saravanan. It's now known that the film is titled Veerame Vaagai Soodum. The film's first look, featuring Vishal with a baseball bat, was released today on the occasion of the actor's birthday.

The title seems to be inspired by the title track of the 1986 Kamal Haasan-starrer Vikram which is incidentally the title of the veteran actor's upcoming film.
Veerame Vaagai Soodum, bankrolled by Vishal's home banner, Vishal Film Factory and Malik Streams Corporation, stars Dimple Hayathi of Devi 2 fame as the female lead. The film's music is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja while Kavin Raj is handling the cinematography.
Meanwhile, Vishal has Enemy, co-starring Arya, and Thupparivaalan 2, which marks his directorial debut, in his pipeline.
