Kasada Tabara gets a release date

We had previously reported that the Chimbudeven-directorial Kasada Tabara will be skipping theatrical release and release on SonyLIV. It's now known that the film will be out this month on the 27th.

Director AR Murugadoss took to Twitter to share the news where he said, "Hyperlink anthology Kasada Tabara, written and directed by Chimbudeven, will be streaming from Aug 27th, only on SonyLIV." The director also shared a character introduction video that features most of the actors from the multistarrer.

Kasada Tabara is apparently split into six portions, with each portion boasting of different technicians. The film stars Harish Kalyan, Shanthnu, Sundeep Kishan, Venkat Prabhu, Premgi Amaren, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Vijayalakshmi, and Regina Cassandra. In addition to these actors, Kalaiyarasan, Mirchi Shiva, Aravind Akash, Jai, and Janani Iyer are also said to be part of the film.

Apart from Yuvan, the music for the other portions of the film will be composed by Santhosh Narayanan, Sam CS, Sean Roldan, Premgi, and Ghibran. Earlier, the six cinematographers of the film — Vijay Milton, MS Prabhu, Balasubramaniem, SR Kathiir, RD Rajashekar, and Sakthi Saravanan, and the six editors — Anthony, Praveen KL, Vivek Harshan, Mu Kasi Viswanathan, Raja Mohammed, and Ruben — were announced.

Kasada Tabara is produced by Venkat Prabhu's Black Ticket Company along with Trident Arts.
