Another Screen to showcase films by Palestinian female filmmakers

Streaming service Another Screen will be showcasing films by more than 15 Palestinian women filmmakers through their online program For a Free Palestine: Films by Palestinian Women. The works of several filmmakers — including Jumana Manna, Basma Alsharif, Rosalind Nashashibi, Razan AlSalah, Mahasen Nasser-Eldin, and Larissa Sansour — are currently available to stream worldwide free of cost.

Under the month-long virtual program, Another Screen will be adding more films by Emily Jacir, Mona Benyamin, Lokman Slim/Monika Borgmann, Pary El-Qalqili, Layaly Badr, Shuruq Harb, Mai Masri, Aida Ka'adan.

Some of the titles from the large catalogue currently streaming include Your Father Was Born A 100 Years Old, And So Was The Nakba by Razan AlSalah, Blessed Blessed Oblivion by Jumana Manna, The Silent Protest: Jerusalem 1929 by Mahasen Nasser-Eldin, and Nation Estate by Larissa Sansour, to name a few.

All the films under the program are available to stream with subtitles in multiple languages.
