Actor Thomas Mann is all set to headline the upcoming romantic comedy About Fate opposite Emma Roberts.

Directed by Marius Weisberg and written by Tiffany Paulsen, About Fate follows two people, who staunchly believe in love, and yet seem to be unable to find its true meaning. On a fateful New Year's Eve, their paths cross each other, and comedy and chaos ensue.

According to Deadline, the production of the film is expected to begin in June in Boston.

Mann and Roberts have previously starred together in the 2010 comedy-drama It's Kind of a Funny Story.

Mann, known for starring in Project X, Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters and Kong: Skull Island, will be seen next in Halloween: Kills and The  Chariot.
