Arjun Chakravarthy, directed by first-timer Venu KC, will tell the true story of a kabaddi player who represented India in the ‘80s. Starring new-comers Vijaya Rama Raju and Sija Rose in lead roles, over three-quarters of filming has been wrapped.

On World Kabaddi Day, the makers of the film released the first look of the film.

The film is simultaneously being shot in Telugu and Telugu, and will be dubbed into Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada to ensure a pan-Indian release.

The film also stars Ajay, Dayanand Reddy, Ajay Ghosh, and Durgesh. Arjun Chakravarthy is being bankrolled by Gannet Celluloid.
