Madhur Bhandarkar and team wrap up India Lockdown

Director Madhur Bhandarkar has wrapped up the shoot of his upcoming film, India Lockdown. The film went on floors on January 23 in Mumbai and Pune and was completed in a start-to-finish schedule.

India Lockdown features Prateik Babbar, Sai Tamhankar, Shweta Basu Prasad, Prakash Belawadi, and Aahana Kumra. It explores the universal impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on people, irrespective of strata and demographics.

Madhur confirms, “Yes, we have finished shooting for the film. With such amazing actors by my side, it has been a memorable experience. The post-production will start soon.”

Producer Pranav Jain says, “I was pleasantly surprised to see the shoot getting over in a perfectly planned manner in these difficult times. Working with Madhur, his team, and the whole cast has been a wonderful experience.”

India Lockdown also stars Zarin Shihab, Ayeesha Aiman (former Miss India International), Hrishita Bhatt, Saanand Verma (of Bhabhi ji Ghar Pe Hain fame), and Satvik Bhatia. The film is produced by Bhandarkar Entertainment and P J Motion Pictures.
