Actor Yogi Babu has confirmed being a part of Ajith's Valimai, directed by H Vinoth. The comedian has made the news public by replying to a fan who had asked about his involvement in the project.

It may be noted that the actor recently confirmed that he is acing in Vijay-starrer, tentatively titled Thalapathy 65, directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. Valimai will mark Babu's fourth collaboration with Ajith after Veeram, Vedalam and Viswasam. H Vinoth, whose previous films had interlaced humour without a separate comedian, has broken the streak by casting Yogi Babu in his cop thriller.

Valimai, has Huma Qureshi playing the female lead and Telugu actor Karthikeya playing the antagonist. The Yuvan Shankar Raja musical also stars actors like Achyuth Kumar, Pavel Navageethan and Cook With Comali Pugazh.

Meanwhile, Yogi Babu has a long line-up of films waiting for release, including Sundar C's Aranmanai 3, Santhanam-starrer Dikkiloona, Manikandan-directorial Kadaisi Vivasayi, and Sivakarthikeyan-starrer, Doctor.
