Actors Hayley Law and Keith Powers are headlining Zombieland: Double Tap actor Avan Jogia’s debut directorial, Mouse. The shooting of the film was recently completed in Canada. 

The film is a neo-noir thriller about Mouse (Law) who is stuck in a dead-end job. She works at Mama’s Burlesque Club where her boss Mama encourages her to pursue her passion for writing comics. When a friend from work goes missing, Mouse and her sidekick Ugly start investigating.

Mouse also stars Famke Janssen and Donal League in important roles. The film is backed by Kyle Mann of Independent Edge and Jason Ross Jallet of Cause and Effect Entertainment. Jonathan Bronfman, Michael Risley, Eric Gozlan and Nathan Klingher are onboard Mouse as its executive producers.
